Below is how the official curriculum organizes it. Each strand will get full lessons like the ones in Grade 1 Mathematics.

Elements of dance: body, space, dynamics, time, relationships, form; also choreographic devices; movement principles and notation

Elements of drama: character, time, place, plot; also tension; image development strategies; mood and focus; contrast; drama forms and conventions

Elements of music: beat/pulse, rhythm, tempo, pitch, dynamics; also form; duration, timbre and texture; metre; notation

Elements (line, shape, space, texture, colour, form, value) and principles of design; national and international works; movement and proportion
