Below is how the official curriculum organizes it. Each strand will get full lessons like the ones in Grade 1 Mathematics.

Curriculum strands

Elements of dance: body, space, dynamics, time, relationships, form

Elements of drama: character, time, place, plot; also tension

Elements of music: beat/pulse, rhythm, tempo, pitch, dynamics; also form; duration, timbre and texture

Elements and principles: line, shape, texture, colour; pattern and repetition; also form; rhythm and contrast
